A well-known .io snake game is Slither.io. In a huge multiplayer battlefield, you must feed colored orbs to your snake to develop it. To avoid becoming snake food, stay away from other snakes. Alternatively, take down other players by making them crash onto your side.

You gain size by ingesting tiny pellets, much to the popular video game Snake, which has been played for decades on computers and mobile devices. But Slither.io adds a multiplayer component that completely alters the playing field.
Munch and Grow
Your secret to survival is the luminous orbs. You may make the snake bigger and give it more energy to boost by eating them. Your chances of successfully capturing other snakes increase with snake size.
Don't try to take on the big fellas until you've gotten stronger because you start the game little. Work on the eating and dodging technique until you are big enough to take on smaller snakes.
Increase Your Speed
Although boost is a valuable tool, your size suffers as a result. This strategy may be employed when competing against snakes; when you are at the ideal location near the opponent's head, make a sharp cut to take it out. To guarantee you receive the most benefit for your money, use the boost carefully.
Unique Orbs
There are two special orbs in addition to the common orbs that may be found all around the map. All of a snake's luminous pellets fall to the ground when it passes away. The harvest will be more abundant the bigger the snake that bites. Your snake can develop swiftly if you discover these orbs early.
On rare occasions, the other unique orbs may be seen circling the stadium. These flying orbs may flee if you pursue them, but they are worth more than the typical circling dots, so it could be worthwhile.
Catch additional snakes
When you get large enough, you may circle smaller snakes, catching them and strengthening your hold much as a typical snake would. If you become enormous, you can even grab lots of little snakes, causing their final end and providing you with additional food.
How to play
Mouse: Move your cursor to control the direction of your snake. Click to go at full speed.
Keyboard: Snakes can also be controlled using the arrow keys:
- UP Arrow to go at full speed
- LEFT Arrow to turn left
- RIGHT Arrow to turn right
It's best to go into fullscreen mode when using the arrow keys to prevent unwanted scrolling using the button on the right-hand side below the game.
