How to play Territory.io
The fast-paced territory capture strategy game Territory.io challenges players to grow their territory to the largest area on the map. You must strategically navigate your trail from your base to capture as many map tiles as possible to claim them. Beat AI-controlled opponents or bots to top the leaderboard. To end up on top, capture as many tiles as possible.
Controls
The game is simple: use WASD or the arrow keys to navigate the trail. The goal is to capture the most territory while trapping opponents in your trail.
Features
- Looping your trail. Capture open space by looping. After a loop is closed, you own all tiles with your colors, expanding your control. Crossing your path won't terminate the game.
- Avoid crossing the opponent's path. Territory.io is different from previous territory-capture games since we cross opponents' trails. io ends your game instantly. So avoid them at all costs.
- Defend your land and defeat opponents. Protect your claimed region from opponents. A strategy to eliminate them can also aid expansion.
