Xmas Hexa Sort is a light-hearted puzzle game “dressed” in a bright and cozy Christmas coat. Instead of using squares or circles like a regular puzzle game, the game uses hexagonal blocks.
How to play Xmas Hexa Sort
Rules & Objectives
You move colorful hexagonal blocks to positions on the board, filling in the gaps.
When blocks of the same color touch/are placed close together according to the rules, they merge—and if there are enough numbers/conditions, they will disappear, freeing up space for the next moves.
The goal: arrange and remove as many blocks by color as possible to keep the board always empty enough for new blocks. The game will end when there is no more space for new blocks—then you fail.
As you pass each screen or level, the difficulty increases: the number of blocks, colors, board layouts… become more diverse and challenging.
Controls
- You use the mouse to click (or drag and drop) to select a hexagonal block (stack) and place it on the board.
- On a phone/tablet, you tap on the hexagonal block to select it, then tap on the position you want to place it. Some versions also support drag & drop.
